This policy explains how Tranigo ("we", "us"), the operator of www.tranigo.com, processes your personal data when you use our website, book a transfer or tour, or create a customer account. We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect

- Customer account: name, e-mail address, phone number and your password (stored only in encrypted, irreversible form).
- Sign in with Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, e-mail address and Google account identifier from Google. We never receive your Google password.
- Payments: card payments are processed by our payment providers (iyzico, PayPal). We do not store your card number or security code; we keep only the payment result and a transaction reference.

- Technical data: pages visited and device/browser information, collected only with your cookie consent; IP addresses are stored in shortened (masked) form. See our Cookie Policy.
2. Why we use your data
- to create, carry out and manage your booking, and to send booking confirmations, reminders and service e-mails;
- to provide your customer account and, if you choose, sign-in with Google;
- to take payments and process refunds;
- to answer your questions and handle complaints;
- to meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records;
- with your consent, to measure and improve our website.
3. Who we share your data with
- The transfer or tour company that operates your service, which receives only the details needed to carry it out (name, phone, pickup details, flight and passenger information).
- The travel agency, if your booking was made through one.
- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as payment, e-mail and hosting providers.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting and tax obligations). Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account. Technical and log data is deleted automatically after a limited period.
5. Your rights
You may ask us whether we process your personal data, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by changing your cookie choices). Under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
6. Security
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and restricted staff access.
