Yes. The price is for the whole vehicle, not per passenger, and it stays the same even if there is heavy traffic on the way.

Depending on your transfer, you can pay online by card, pay a deposit online and the rest to your driver, or pay your driver in cash. The options available to you are shown before you confirm your booking.

As soon as a driver is assigned to your transfer, we e-mail you the driver’s name, phone number and vehicle plate. You also receive a reminder e-mail before your pick-up time.

Your flight number gives your local driver your arrival details. If your flight time changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update your pick-up.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge from your account up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. For later changes, please contact us.

Yes. Add the return journey in the same booking, or book it separately whenever you are ready.

Mention it in the notes when you book. For a lot of luggage, choose a larger vehicle such as a Mercedes Vito or Sprinter. Child seat availability is confirmed by your local provider.
