In case of cancellation of flights due to adverse weather conditions;
- Transfer to the next day is not guaranteed for Standard Reservations; however, we will be happy to assist you if there is availability.
- In case of first-day cancellation for Gold Reservations, transfer is guaranteed for the second day.
- In case of cancellation on the first and second day for Platinum Reservations, transfer is guaranteed for the third day.

Not Suitable For
- The tour price is per person.
- Currency: Euro.
-Free pick-up and drop-off service from/to Nevsehir, Urgup, Goreme, Uchisar, Cavusin, Avanos, Mustafapasha, Ortahisar and other nearby towns in Cappadocia region.
- The balloon flights take approximately 60-75 minutes and return to the hotel by 08:00 AM latest. So you can shape your day with other activities after 09:00 AM.
- Unfortunately, pregnant ladies, children under age 6 and pets cannot participate.
- Permission for the flights are got from Civil Aviation according to the meteorological conditions
-Free cancellation is accepted 48 hours before the tour.
-50% will be charged for cancellations between 48 to 24 hours.
-Cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
-Our all staff are vaccinated and wear a mask.
-Our guests are required to wear masks.
- A mask is given to the guests who do not have it at the entrance.
-The body temperatures and health conditions must be appropriate for the ride. The guests with a fever of 37 degrees or above will not be allowed for the tour.
-Due to social distance, the capacity of the venue has been adjusted.

Royal Balloon guests will have the choice of two categories of flight for experiencing Cappadocia:
- Royal King Flight:
This flight will be approximately 75 minutes in duration with smaller balloons with less passengers (up to maximum 8 passengers) resulting in more personal space for you. Allowing passengers the opportunity of seeing as much of Cappadocia as possible.
- Royal Queen Flight:
This flight will be approximately 60 minutes in duration with small balloons
(up to maximum 20 passengers with Royal Queen Flight and up to maximum 16 passengers with Royal Queen "Plus" Flight). In contrast to other companies; we board less passengers than the maximum capacity of the balloon, resulting in more personal space for you. This category is a little easier on the pocket, but still a great chance to experience Cappadocia above air.
