We will pick up our guests from their hotels between 5:00 - 5:30. Since the reception time is adjusted according to the sunrise time, it changes periodically. After receiving our guests, we arrive at the departure point of the hot air balloons. Here you will have perhaps the best experience of your life!

-Free pick-up and drop-off service from/to Nevsehir, Urgup, Goreme, Uchisar, Cavusin, Avanos, Mustafapasha, Ortahisar and other nearby towns in Cappadocia region.
- The balloon flights take approximately 45-60 minutes and return to your hotel by 08:00 AM latest. So you can shape your day with other activities after 09:00 AM.
- Unfortunately, pregnant ladies, children under age 6 and pets cannot participate.
- Permission for the flights are got from Civil Aviation according to the meteorological conditions
-Free cancellation is accepted 48 hours before the tour.
-50% will be charged for cancellations between 48 to 24 hours.
-Cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
-All of our staff are vaccinated and wear a mask.
-Our guests are required to wear masks.
- A mask is given to the guests who do not have it at the entrance.
-The body temperatures and health conditions must be appropriate for the ride. The guests with a fever of 37 degrees or above will not be allowed for the tour.
-Due to social distance, the capacity of the venue has been adjusted.
