About Trabzon International Airport

Trabzon International Airport (TZX) is located near the city of Trabzon, which is in the eastern Black Sea Region in Turkey. The airport was opened for tourists in 1957 and is the 7th largest airport catering to domestic traffic in Turkey. It is located in the east of the city and E70 and E90 connect the city with Trabzon International Airport. 

Terminals

The airport has a small passenger terminal that is divided into two sections:

• Domestic Terminal
• International Terminal

Domestic Terminal - It is a newly constructed Domestic Terminal Building that was opened for passengers in 2008. It has an annual capacity of 2,000,000 passengers. The terminal has 25 check-in counters with all amenities like:

International Terminal - The building was built in 1998 with an annual capacity of 1,500,000 passengers.
